received your booking request we will check current availability and a
letter of confirmation and contract will be forwarded to you if the
facilities are available.
Public
Liability Insurance at 15% of the lettings premium will be deducted unless
you supply adequate proof of your own insurance.
This will be automatically added to your invoice if we have not
received a copy of your current certificate.
