LETTINGS INFORMATION 2008

Dear Hirer

Please find enclosed a copy of our brochure detailing all the college facilities available to hire and our current price list.

We have now allocated the following time slots for lettings to ensure that bookings are run more efficiently;

5.45  - 6.45 pm    6.45 – 7.45 pm    7.45 – 8.45 pm

We are pleased to advise that we are now able to hire out the sportshall on a regular basis throughout the Autumn/winter period should this have been an issue for your club/team in the past.  The dates the sportshall will be unavailable for hire from September to May are as follows;

Thursday 2^nd October 2008 (1 day)

Friday 27^th February 2009 – Friday 6^th March 2009 (1 week)

We do still have some availability for the indoor sportshalls at present and would be happy to discuss any requirements you may have.
